How to replace the ear cushions?
To remove the ear cushions, twist counterclockwise. Choose the correct replacement ear cushion for the left or right ear. Both the headphones and ear cushions are labeled L and R. Align the long and short slots on the ear cushion with the matching ridges on the headphones. Press down and twist clockwise until it clicks into place. Recalibrate your headphones in the MyDyson™ app each time you replace the ear cushions. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in the MyDyson™ app.

Dyson OnTrac features a brand new headphone design
For a more comfortable fit, the manufacturer uses high-density foam earpads and multi-axis universal joints to reduce pressure on the ears. The headband has a softer sponge on top, while the harder sections on both sides are the headphone batteries, making the weight more balanced when worn, which helps to improve comfort and reduce the burden of long-term wear. The earcups are extra large and completely surround the entire ear.

The Dyson OnTrac headphones feel substantial in hand, but when worn, they feel more comfortable than ordinary headphones. 

OnTrachas built-in head detection, which automatically pauses music playback when the user takes off the headphones and resumes playback automatically when they are put back on. Since the new headphones do not have air purification function, the usage time is longer than Zone, and even with active noise cancellation turned on, they can play continuously for 55 hours. You don't have to worry about battery life for days without charging. 

Operation 
Dyson OnTrac has a power button, which can be long-pressed to pair with Bluetooth devices. The body has a control stick, which allows users to directly operate playback functions on the headphones.

Sound Quality: Rich Listening Experience
Inheriting the powerful noise cancellation capabilities and high-quality sound unit of Zone, it can also be paired with a dedicated app to monitor ambient noise in real-time, allowing users to focus more on immersing themselves in the world of music.

OnTrac continues to feature a 40mm, 16ohm neodymium alloy unit, paired with audio signal processing technology, allowing the headphones to achieve a frequency range of 6Hz to 21,000Hz. When playing high-resolution music files, both bass and treble can be presented more completely. To further enhance the sound, the units on both sides of the headphones are also tilted 13 degrees to match the structure of the ear, allowing the sound to be transmitted directly to the user's ears.

Listening Experience
Powerful bass with a balanced sound. The bass effect is quite powerful, not just loud, but with a very strong low-frequency dive, a round, solid, and deep bass performance without distortion. At the same time, it can also clearly hear the content of the mid-frequency and high-frequency sounds, overall giving a satisfactory three-frequency clarity. One of the main selling points of Zone was active noise cancellation (ANC), and the newly released Dyson OnTrac is no exception. The headphones feature 8 active noise cancellation microphones that can simultaneously sample external sounds at a frequency of 384,000 times per second, then calculate and emit reverse sound waves, eliminating up to 40dB of external noise. In addition, the headphones can continuously monitor the ambient volume and remind users through the MyDyson app to be aware of potentially harmful high volumes.
