How long do Dyson OnTrac™ headphones take to fully charge?
Dyson OnTrac headphones take just 3 hours to fully charge and give you up to 55 hours of listening¹, even with ANC switched on. Quick charging capability delivers up to 2.5 hours of listening from 10 minutes of charging, or up to 9 hours from a 30-minute charge.
What can I connect the Dyson OnTrac headphones to?
Dyson OnTrac headphones use Bluetooth technology for wireless connectivity across devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs.
Can the Dyson OnTrac headphones be used for travel or on flights?
Yes. Dyson OnTrac headphones can be used on flights, with the Dyson in-flight adaptor that’s available from Dyson separately.
Connect the In-flight cable to the 2-pin adaptor, then plug into the plane's entertainment system via the audio port. The In-flight adaptor will only charge your Dyson OnTrac noise-cancelling headphones when the USB-C cable is also used.
Please note that the audio controls on your Dyson OnTrac noise-cancelling headphones will not function when the In-flight adaptor is in use.
Do the Dyson OnTrac headphones fold flat?
Gimbal arms allow the ear cups to be rotated so the headphones fold flat. With a slimline, protective case for easy transportation.
Does the Dyson OnTrac Slimline case come with the headphones?
Yes. You receive a complimentary Dyson OnTrac Slimline case when you purchase Dyson OnTrac headphones. Fold them flat and slide them in their slim, protective case, to take them wherever you go.
Why isn’t my head detect working?
In instances where your head detect isn’t working, you can recalibrate in the MyDyson app. A common cause for this is the changing of ear cushions. If you experience this issue, make sure to recalibrate after every change.
