Super friendly and professional service, thanks to Zoe & Van's patience and expertise! Returned to Hong Kong 3 years later (Covid) and needed to replace some appliances. Van & Zoe were very willing to introduce and explain various models for us to compare and choose. Happy to be back and happy that Broadway still provides quality customer service! Broadway at Sai Yeung Choi Street South (next to McDonald's), the mall is big enough, a wide variety of electronics, almost all the appliances I want to buy are available here! The sales staff is professional and patient, treating customers from different places with the same attitude. I buy all my home appliances and phones here! If I don't understand how to use the phone after buying it, I can go back and ask the staff without any complaints, worth praising.
